I'm surprised that this hasn't been touched upon yet. I think that Jacksonville will work on their pass rush with this pick. Their defense was horrible and the lack of pressure on the opposing quarterback certainly didn't help. I think that Ryan Kerrigan (DE/ Purdue) would be a great fit for the Jags at #16. He's not the most gifted athlete, but he has a non-stop motor and is a sack machine (23 in the past 2 years, I believe). He has a tendency to over-commit to pass rush and take himself out of running plays at times, but he will certainly be a disruptive force on the D-Line. I'll say that the Jaguars go with some secondary help in Round 2, but Kerrigan's my pick for them in Round 1.
There is a lot I like about Kerrigan. I don't know if he SHOULD be the pick, because I don't know who else will be on the board when the Jaguars pick, but I know Kerrigan makes much more sense than Paea.
